Friendly staff, good cleaning, all needed things in the room

No sound isolation in bungalows, loud music, not great food

The dance crew and waiters only. They work tirelessly, Im just hoping they’re paid well for all the work they put into making people happy and enjoy their stay. They are the best of the resort. The sweetest most respectful people Ive come across, especially Saif, Skander and Mohamed aka Tyga, Gaston and Yago. Also our lovely waiter, Amir. Skander out of all, the way he is with the less abled kids during dance shows and aqua gym times putting them first and including them in everything in general is the most heart warming thing to experience.

Im not racist whatsoever, but I do believe in being true to yourself. There was only white people pleasing here in this resort. This resort forgot their culture entirely even to the point the dance crew have names so white people can pronounce easier ? The breakfast is barely edible, not Tunisian whatsoever. I had my Tunisian friend come to the resort and tell me nothing here represents the Tunisians including the food. I have went out to experience the Tunisian life, extremely different. Prices are 10x in the resort than downtown about 10 mins by taxi. Ridiculous. The “ no burkini “ in the pool is the most disappointing. Lost culture and religion. I am not a hijabi but I am a modest girl. You serve alcohol, smoke, dance and party but covering is a problem for the pool ? Wondering if this is not to scare foreigners, which is quite stupid. Don’t forget you’re a Muslim country. Everyone to themselves but allow us to practice our religion without discrimination from people of our own faith, whereas you allowed a transgender individual to dress in a bikini even though he is a man. There is no judgment from my side regarding this individual but it doesn’t make sense as to how burkini isn’t permitted but this is since it’s a country of Muslim faith. The songs played have no diversity, just to please the foreigners however, I am also a foreigner to this country but I didn’t think I visited Scandinavian/ European countries. We asked the Dj, the waiters and everyone possible for Tunisian/Arabic songs and there was nothing but constant disappointment after being promised over and over again. We get the point of pleasing foreigners with their home country songs but the point we come to YOUR country is to experience YOUR culture all around. At least between every 3/4 songs add a Tunisian song in between so that we know who you are and what you sound like.

Expected abit more, some small stuff but the staff answered and provided what was missing at the end. No parking space was bothering

Convenient location with everything on the property.

The bathroom toilet leaked on the floor and smelled bad. The advertisement said water slide was included but they would only allow the all inclusive kids to use it. There wasn’t an option for all inclusive when I booked or checked in. Only half board. There weren’t enough chairs by the pool or beach. The night time animation was very boring and not interesting.

The people who work there are respectful and don't bother you

I expected the food to have more of the Tunisian flavor. I did not taste the Tunisian spices and flavor that I am used to. The TV don't working good :(

Management: Ali made sure we knew him since day one to approach him in case anything wasn't ok (VERY reassuring already). Reception: the checkin and checkout went quite smooth, the communication skills and friendliness of the staff exceeded my personal expectations (ie: while arriving, it was almost the restaurant's closing time, they kept our luggage, and rushed us str8 to the restaurant to not miss a meal). special mention to Shayma/Shay who was EXTREMELY kind, helpful and friendly. a real asset for the Hotel. Entertainment team: Every night we had a special show including the kids first, than the entertainment team takes over for one of their many shows then they make everyone participate/come on the floor. they are very well trained, smart and HUMAN! i even made friends there, Special thanks to the STAR Casper, Gaston, Blanco and Seif the crazy dude you become str8 away friends with. Restaurant: Just great food, always flexing with the huge fishes :D (even my mom liked the food..i've rarely heard her complimenting any other cooking than hers). The head chief Abd essamad made a real impression on everyone. thank you sourour and "ennes te3ba" ! Bar: many waiters serving at the bar but the line was a bit long (3 minutes of waiting for every drink when you got my thirst will make you meet a lot of ppl ard there :D ) I'm the kind of guys who lost the excitement of going back to my home land. living in Switzerland for a while raised the bar of my expectations, especially when it comes to the SERVICE. in this hotel, the stars don't count. the style and mood around there are something else. the staff are so happy working there, you feel like they're overpaid :D always with a smile and the nice words, even while sweating ard the pool in a polo shirt at 48°. They simply gave me faith again :) :) :) i feel almost like home in there. I'm definitely coming back guys.

Location is good

1- Main restaurant food is barely edible ! Breakfast is the worst I have experienced ever! Only omelets available one day and the next is pancakes! Can you imagine this to be the only cooked options for breakfast!!!!??? 2- entertainment is shockingly bad 3- rooms are very basic. Just soap and towels offered nothing else. 4- pool is too small for the number of guests. 5- toboggans are badly run with one pair of toboggans to the main pool only open an hour a day!!!!!!! The other toboggans in the spare pool are crowded and also time restricted. Really disappointing for kids. Basically, only go if you are on a budget and desperately need to go away for some sun. If you have more money at your disposal, avoid.

The manager himself is available everywhere to make sure all guests are satisfied. Location and variety of the food.

L'emplacement, le personnel, les animations et que les chambres soient des bungalows. La piscine et le restaurant juste à côté mais aussi l'accès direct à la plage privé de l'hôtel.

Pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine (et les gens qui réservent des transats avec leur serviette mais ni sont pas de la journée )

Personnel très souriant, serviable et agréable Buffet très varié, nourriture très bonne En front de mer, très belle plage

Chambre pas du tout isolé, on entend la chambre d’à côté (pipi, pet …) notre voisin d’en face aller dehors pour tousser et cracher. Énorme manque de savoir vivre des gens, claquement des portes à minuit ou 5h30 quand ça part, parle fort etc…

Les tobbogangs pour les enfants ! Et la climatisation dans la chambre.

-La restauration : manque de couverts, devoir faire la queue pour chaque plat, tout est arrêté 10 minutes avant la fermeture, pas d'indication si le plat est piquant ou non, beaucoup de plats n'étaient pas à notre goût, les gens se servent avec les doigts... vraiment les temps de restauration n'ont pas été agréables... -Le manque de respect des gens : à 10h il n'y a déjà plus de transats disponibles, tous sont réservés pour des gens qui ne viendront que 3 ou 4h après... (on aurait eu le temps de s'installer et repartir...)

Pour être sincère c’est très dommage car cela peut être un très bon hôtel Notre chambre déjà l’odeur à notre arriver .. La plage qu’elle dommage car cela pourrait être sublime , cela était pas propre Les fourmis sur le mur à proximité des oreillers.. la salle de bain pleins de fourmis à notre arriver au sols La nourriture dommage que les traditions ce perde .. Etc etc ..

Un hôtel rapport qualité l’équipe d’animation, super le ménage rien à dire les chambres tjrs propre l’hôtel est proche de Carthage land ainsi que de la médina , attention toutefois, comme chaque club en août, la guerre, des serviettes autour de la piscine, jamais de place

Les oreillers pour dormir , les gobelets non disponibles à la cantine obligé de faire la queue pour avoir un gobelet vide le soir et le petit déjeuner toujours en manque ( besoin d’être mieux organiser au niveau des gobelets ) très désagréable
